Sports Card Show Vendor Information

8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Set up time Friday: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Set up time Saturday: 6:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
IMPORTANT: Because we are expecting a large crowd, please park at the rear of the Ephrata Middle School on Saturday morning and take the paved footpath back to the Rec Center (see the map download below), so your customers can park closer to the Rec Center. We want to avoid the parking issues we experienced last year. (Or, park at the front of the Middle School and walk up the hill along Academy Drive.)
Silent auction closes at 1:30 p.m.
Sports memorabilia auction begins at approximately 2:30 p.m.

Tables are 8 feet in length and must have attractive table covers. Storage boxes and supplies must be hidden from sight. Merchandise is to be displayed in a neat and orderly manner. Do not extend beyond your table space or place seats in the aisle.

Vendors agree to hold the Ephrata Lions Club, the promoters, and the Ephrata Recreation Center exempt from any claims or litigation resulting from this show, and agree to indemnify these parties for all costs and expenses, including legal fees.
Vendors must have valid Sales Tax certificates in their possession at the show.
Vendors are expected to park at the Ephrata Middle School (not at the Rec Center, see parking map download below) after setting up on Saturday. This is to make more parking available for your customers.
Vendors are expected to gather and remove all trash when cleaning up your area when you close your table. Otherwise fees will increase again because we are being charged for clean-up!
Resale or transfer of tables must be approved by the promoters.
